Spring Break Fun!

February 5, 2018 at 11:00 PM / by Gabby F.

Some of you might have amazing Mexican cruises scheduled or perhaps you plan to vacation in Europe. However, if spring break means more work and less play, we have some suggestions for where the kids can hang while school isn't in session and you are at work.

Code Wizards HQ

If your child is old enough to stay home without supervision, Code Wizards HQ could be a great option to keep him or her busy. Code Wizards HQ provides live, online classes for kids who are interested in learning computer coding. Each course is twelve weeks long and classes sizes don't exceed eight students. If you have a technology oriented kiddo in your house, this may be a great option. Better yet, have your kiddo try it free for thirty days and see if he or she likes it. If for any reason you aren't 100% satisfied, they will issue a full refund. What do you have to lose? Enroll today!

ATX Kids Club

ATX Kids Club is a fantastic option for all day, spring break fun. With four different locations and extended hours available, your kiddos will be thrilled to spend their week exploring Austin. Their spring break camps run March 5-9 (Local Austin Adventures) and March 12-16 (State Park Adventures). Check out their thorough checklist to make sure that your child is prepared for their daily adventures. Be sure to mention Kwaddle when you book and you'll get an additional discount.

Brain Chase

Brain Chase's eight week spring program begins on February 19th and is for children ages six to sixteen. The spring theme is Sherlock Holmes and each session allows kids or teams to choose three areas to explore. Some areas for exploration are writing, engineering, art, cooking, and more. Each student can get a customized program to support English Language Learners, S.T.E.A.M., gifted students, and students who require special needs content. Click here for more information about Brain Chase and check out this testimonial from a mother who spent all summer on the chase with her child.

If none of these options work for you, be sure to visit our full listing of programs available in the Austin area and don't forget to mention Kwaddle when you register!
