In an effort to be the best parent I could be, I did some online research about parenting and thought I would share my findings with you. While all of this advice is as good as gold in my opinion, you should at no point take this post as proven or serious. We all need a little laughter in our lives and this is our effort to bring some joy to into yours.
Sleep is one of our most basic needs.
When we don’t get enough of sleep, our brains become foggy. As a result, we sometimes show a less desirable side of ourselves. Furthermore, our work and daily routines can become compromised. We aren’t able to extend the same clear thoughts and processes to a specific task. One thing that most new parents can easily find common ground on is the sleep debt that occurs after bringing a new child into the home. It is for that reason that I offer up what I believe are the four keys of teaching your baby or child to sleep.
