Three Things I Learned by Volunteering at My Children’s School

For the past two days, I had the privilege of volunteering at my children’s elementary school. In our small, rural community it seems that everybody knows everybody. However, after spending some time with the students, it became very clear to me that I don’t know as many people as I thought I did. While I won’t share any real names or personal information, I do want to tell you about the lessons spending time with these awesome kids taught me.
